Ten Tips That Will Make Your Life So Much Easier!!!
You have what it takes inside of you to make your life simpler. "The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessay may speak." (Hans Hofmann, Introduction to the Bootstrap, 1993) Believe in yourself and you will go farther than you ever imagined.
#1. Have a vision and write it down. Have a picture in your mind of what you want or hope to accomplish in the near future. See yourself prospering in every area of your life. Have confidence that what you have envisioned will come to pass.
#1. Have a vision and write it down. Have a picture in your mind of what you want or hope to accomplish in the near future. See yourself prospering in every area of your life. Have confidence that what you have envisioned will come to pass.
#2. Set reasonable goals that you can obtain in a day, week, month, year, and so on. Try to accomplish you goals one day at a time. Do not stress yourself trying to obtain them. Let go and let peace dwell in you.
#3. Be thankful for everything you have and will have in the future. Be grateful for your family, job, relationships, and so on. Do not take for granted what you have been blessed with. Enjoy every minute of the day and every chance you get to be close to someone you love.
#4. Don’t settle for anything less than what you have hoped for. Remember, you can achieve anything you set your mind to do. Have the courage to continue to believe even when life gets tough or complicated. Relax and enjoy your life to the fullest.
#5. Have faith that you will have what you have been asking for. Anticipate the outcome of a simpler lifestyle and expect positive results. Change your way of thinking and you will find that life is not as complicated as you make it out to be.
#6. Know that you will succeed in everything you set your mind to do. The mind is powerful and the will is even more. Strive to achieve your goals and prosper in everything you do.
#7. Do not give up! Take a stand for what you believe is right. Do not look back at past failures or disappointments. You are more than an overcomer.
#8. Stay focused on the prize. Do not let your circumstances distract you from what you were meant to do. See yourself succeeding in everything from now on.
#9. Endure hardship and affliction. At the end of it all, you will be stronger and more blessed. Persevere until the very end.
#10. Acquire patience and endure. Wait for the promise. You will gain the victory and obtain the rewards if you stay focused.
Admitting to yourself that life is not as complicated at it may seem, you can begin to see things more clearly. Let go of all your worries, because at the end you can’t control everything. Begin to feel the joy and peace with life’s blessings.

Five simple things you can do for your child to help keep their smiles healthy and bright.
Trident and TwitterMoms have teamed up to bring you a new blogging program. So how can parents get involved and convince their children to take proper care of his or her teeth? I will share five simple things you can do for your child to keep his/her teeth and gums healthy.
As parents, we are responsible to take our children to a pediatric dentist who specializes in early prevention and immediate detection of oral health problems. According to the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the first visit to the dentist should be 'when the first tooth comes in, usually between six and twelve months of age.’
The following are five simple things you can do to keep your child’s teeth healthy:
1. Routine checkups and proper daily care are a must to ensure healthy teeth and gums.
2. Provide a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.
3. Limit their sweets throughout the day to reduce unnecessary calories that may lead to childhood obesity.
4. Offer your children water instead of sugary drinks. CDC statistics, as many as 1 in 5 children over the age of six is clinically obese.
5. Brush your child’s teeth twice a day and floss once a day.
Did you know that each year, more than 51 million school hours are lost as a result of problems related to tooth decay, the most common chronic childhood disease in America. That’s why Trident® has partnered with Smiles Across America® to help underprivileged children get the dental care they need. Trident gum has long been a pioneer in providing oral health benefits to consumers and studies show that people who chewed Trident experienced significantly fewer cavities. For more information, visit http://www.oralhealthamerica.org.
